Yes you need to pay full upfront before starting of the journey.

Can I Buy Food on the board?
No, you cannot buy food in the car but you can pre-order by visiting our menu.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking anytime but you may not be eligible to receive refund of your booking. In case you cancel the trip 7 days or more before the date of travel you will be refunded in full. For cancellation made 3-6 days before the date of travel you will be refunded 50%. Trips cancelled 2 days or less before the date of travel will not be refunded.
What is the Difference Between Short and Long Journeys?
Any trip under 75 miles (120 km) is short trip. Trips above 75 miles (120 km) considered as long trips.
Can I Add Tips after My Journey?
You can pay cash to the drivers at the end of your journey as a tip for their excellent customer service. You cannot add tips online.
Can I Book Return Journey?
Yes, you can by clicking “one-way/return” button when booking online.
Can I take Pet with me?
No. Animals are not allowed in our cars.
Why Do I need to Pre-Book?
According to our policy all the journeys must be pre-booked.
Can I smoke in The Car?
Some drivers do not like customers smoking in the car. You need to speak to the driver. Our drivers are very friendly. They can give you permission to smoke or alternately they can make a stop for you so you can smoke outside the car.
Can I Make Stop During My Journey?
Yes, you can make a stop for 15 minutes on short trips and 30 minutes on long trips. After that waiting time will be charged @ 50P per minute. We normally do not charge for waiting time but we have this condition in place to avoid abuse of our drivers time. Fair policy of waiting time applies to all our journeys.
Can I Refer to Someone?
If you refer us to someone, on completion of their travel you both will get 10% off on your next trip bookings. You need to provide your email for the referral so we can send you the discount code for your next journey.
Can I Buy Gift Voucher?
Yes, we do sell discount/gift codes in the values of £50.00, £100.00 and £200.00 Please contact us to buy them.
Can I return/Cancel Gift Vouchers?
No, these codes are online generate and cannot be returned. We do not give any refund on the gift vouchers once issued.
Can I Drink My Own Alcohol During My Journey?
No, for the safety reasons we do not allow drinking in the cars.
What Will Happen If I make Mess in The car?
We provide clean and washed cars for each trip. We take extra caution that the cars you travel are cleaned. In case you make serious stains or physical damages to the car you will need to pay minimum of £60.00 to the driver.
